By signing this rental agreement, the participant, who is not the owner of the car used at the event, declares that he/she is permitted to use this car and all possible consequences as if it were an owner/participant, to accept. The participant is personally liable for any damage that may occur to the car, both due to his own fault and due to external causes.
Damage to the circuit (such as guardrails), to the underside of the car (hitting curbstones) or engine damage due to overspeeding or other improper use is never covered by the insurance and is always at your own risk.
Fuel is not included in the rental price (unless otherwise agreed). Fuel and any damage will be invoiced on an actual basis.
By signing, the participant declares not to hold the organization or other participants responsible in any way, to initiate legal proceedings or to make a claim as a result of damage suffered by him, including material and/or personal damage.
To the extent that the organization is held liable for damage of any kind, the organization will immediately recover this damage from the participant who caused this damage without judicial intervention.
Organization means:
- Management, employees, assistants, insofar as they act in the name of and under the responsibility of RFF Motorsport, either on a temporary or permanent basis.
- Official bodies and other persons not mentioned here by name who are or can be associated with the organization of the above-mentioned event.
The participant participates on his/her own responsibility. He/she bears civil and criminal liability for all damage caused by him/her or by his/her car (including personal injury to third parties and/or passengers).
Payment net within 8 days after invoice date, stating invoice number. The BOVAG business market conditions apply to all our transactions.
